After-Sales Support
How long does a pump last? Although the answer varies depending on the environment in which the pump is used and the frequency of maintenance, they can be used for a very long time. For example, one of the pumps we maintain is used in a power plant and has been in use now for 50 years.
Marine-use pumps must be on duty for the entire service life of the ships they are installed on. At Teikoku Machinery Works, we offer after-sales service in the form of parts provision and technical support for our products over the 30-year period that is the typical service life of a ship.

Training System
To ensure the same high level of technology everywhere we do business, we carry out factory training for all our engineers. This allows us to provide our bases around the globe with engineers possessing world-class skills.
Teikoku Machinery Works, Ltd. manufactures all of its products, from start to finish, at its Matsusaka Factory. We do not outsource the manufacture of our products to any company or factory anywhere in the world. We also do not allow the sale of our products by third parties. Please be warned that if you are using products labeled as Teikoku Machinery Works products that you procured from a third party, such products are counterfeit!
